Tove Holmström is a war crimes investigator specializing in tracing transfers of arms and dual use goods and technologies and their use in the commission of international crimes.  Formerly working for the UN Human Rights Office and a UN war crimes mechanism, she is a rostered open-source and geospatial intelligence analyst expert with Justice Rapid Response and regularly works with human rights organisations operating out of conflict settings, seeking justice and accountability for victims of serious human rights harms.
