Hector Guerra
Hector Guerra is a Geneva-based advocacy and policy specialist in the field of diplomatic processes related to disarmament, non-proliferation and arms regulation. Guerra previously worked on human rights multilateralism, covering the Human Rights Council, Treaty Bodies and other meetings organized by UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. He has been a representative in Latin America and the Caribbean of non-governmental networks working for the promotion, negotiation, adoption, implementation, and defense of international instruments on disarmament, non-proliferation and arms regulation. Hector is an independent expert on International Geneva multilateralism and an international relations analyst--including on UNOG system and P5 geopolitics.
